FAQ's - Crow River Reflections

Q:   Where will my photo session take place? 

A:   Please click here to view our current session locations. 


Q:    How many people am I able to include in my session? 

A:  Most sessions do have a set max number of people included with your sessions fee. You may add people over the max for an additional charge. Any session including more than 8 people will be charged at large group pricing. 


Q:    Can we include our family pet in our session? 

A:    Yes, please do! Crow River Reflections owner is a certified groomer and canine behaviorist. Pet sessions are some of our favorites! For the comfort and safety of your pet these sessions must take place on your property or other pre-approved location.


Q:    How long will it take to get my photos back?

A:    Mini Sessions (1 hour or less) will be uploaded to your gallery within 10 business days of your session. Full Sessions (all sessions over 1 hour) will be uploaded to your gallery within 14 business days. Special events, including weddings will require 21 days for gallery upload.


Q: What  if I need to cancel / reschedule my session? 

A: Please contact Crow River Reflections as soon as possible if you are needing to cancel or reschedule your session. Rescheduled sessions will not require a second down payment. Cancellations received less than 72hrs before the session will result in loss of booking fee (25%). 


Q: How do I pay for my session? 

A: Crow River Reflections accepts cash and credit / debit card payment. Online payments must be made 48hrs prior to your session. Cash payment is accepted when you arrive.
